Router Tracking Number missing in the email

Hello,

I applied for a new internet connection and I received an email saying " Your package is on its way " but there is not tracking number in that email. When I try to open the link provided in that email, I receive the below error message. As I need to know the exact date and time for collection of the equipment, could you please provide me the tracking number as soon as possible?

DHL Tracking - 404: The requested page does not exist.
