      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm moving to another country where Vodafone is not available, and I would like to cancel my contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today I sent a Fax to +492102986575 with a hand written letter asking to cancel my contract, following with my costumer number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is that enough?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you able to check the status of my request?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What should I do with the Vodafone equipment I have for the internet (router)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the last day that internet will still be activated on my apartment?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks in advance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV style="font-family:Vodafone;font-size:13.5pt;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hey jpbr,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm sorry to hear that you're leaving us.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;As long as the letter/fax contains your customernumber &amp;amp; the clear intention that you whish to cancle the contract, everything is fine.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The orderdepartment will have a look into this &amp;amp; enter the cancellation.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;A cancellation taktes atleast 8 working days.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You'll recieve a return voucher for your router with the cancellation confirmation.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Which gets either send by e-mail (as long as we have a confirmed mailadress) or letter.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Cheers,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Andre&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
