Hi,

I will leave Germany forever on Aug 1st 2022. On that date all my accounts will be closed. (bank, phone etc). Im moving to a non-Eu country. (personal reasons)

I want to cancel my Vodafone contract. What's the procedure?

Can someone just give me the link or email adress on which I can send my cancellation request.

I can't seem to find it anywhere!

I'm sorry to hear that you're leaving us.

There is no direct mailadress - but feel free to use our contact form .
Sadly its only in german.

The clickpath should be :
Nein, ich habe eine andere Frage zu einem bestehenden Vertrag -> weiter
Kundendaten & Vertrag -> Kündigung -> DSL -> weiter
Wie kündige ich meinen Vertrag ? -> Nein, weiter im Kontaktformular.

Please keep in mind that the cancellation text needs the clear intention "I "Name, cancle my contract with the customernumber...."
With the complete Name/Adress.
