    <description>&lt;P&gt;I got my DSL Easy Box and have been trying to set it up for the past 2 days and nothing. It stays stuck in the the "The activation of the easy box is in progress" forever and then fails. Thanks to this I have had to use my own phone as a hotspot to do home office which costs me money.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The vodafone techician will only be here in 10 days (March 28th) what kind of service is this? For sure I will not renew this contract after it expires.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope you charge me only AFTER I actually have internet up and running&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV style="font-family:Vodafone;font-size:13.5pt;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hey lauxxxx,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;we start charging for a dsl contract after the technician does activate the landline.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Or was unable to do his job, because of a reason on customerside (for excample if you are not present in your appartment / don't open the door for him).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Before the technician did not activate the landline, the router gets no proper dsl signal. Therefore it can not be configured with the modeminstallation code / login credentials.
