I didn't receive my devices and contract started

Hello,

I have been waiting for my internet devices, that was supposed to deliver on 24th Feb 2022. I haven't recieve my devices and I got email which says that my contract have already started.

Please help me get my router device.

Hey sharkcidiki,

I'm sorry that you did not recieve your router yet.
Normally we ship the router a week before the activation date & sent an mail/sms with the trackingnumber.

Feel free to send me a private message with your dsl customernumber/password.
I'll have a look into it.

Hi,

my contract started on 19th December 2022 but I haven't still got my router device. I am doing home office so literally having huge problem. I talked to Vodafone service person but they told me that we are going to ship you the device but 2 days have gone by and yet I haven't even got an email for the tracking link of courier. Please help.
