Internet is unusable at evenings

Hello,

I just moved recently to the my new apartment. Building is not that old but for some reason there is no Kable infrastructure so i am using 100Mbps DSL service. The problem is every evening my internet becomes unusable and i have to then turn off wifi and share whats left of my mobile phone plan to other devices. This is getting frustrating because right now i couldn't even load speedtest page on MeinVodafone app and turned off wifi again to write this.

I have tried instructions on MeinVodafone, my device is Vodafone Easybox 805.

Can anyone help me with this issue?
