A technician from Deutsche Telekom would be responsible for this, but they will not make an appointment with you.&lt;BR /&gt;Or is it about a cable Internet connection via the TV cable? Only there do I know the calls from the technology companies to make an appointment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have taken a new DSL connection and got an appointment from the techinician after four weeks later. Now the technician did not show up to the appointment.&amp;nbsp; I got to know from the customer care that the technician would call me to make an another appointment but he did not call me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can some one from vodafone team take a look and get me a technican appointment as soon as possible?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
