    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good afternoon,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a DSL contract under processing status.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had the installation day at 08/02,I took a day free to wait for the tehnical service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They supposed to come between 12:00 - 17:00.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At 17:00 I found out that they'll not arrive anymore,and I'll have&amp;nbsp; new appointment on 14/02.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot afford to ask for another day free from work to wait for them on 14/02.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Because the contract is still in processing status,please cancel my contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(I wrote already a mail to widerruf@vodafone.com,did not receive any feedback by now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also tried the contact form from the website,did not receive a feedback either)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please cancel my current contract?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the near future I'll most likely get a Gigabox,it's more easier for me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dan Ionut&lt;/P&gt;</description>

With another provider, however, a technician from Telekom will have to come to you. I'm sorry it didn't work out for us the first time.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Your e-mail to widerruf@vodafone.com was correct. Currently it takes longer to get an answer.
