    <description>&lt;P&gt;DSL connection: The Vodafone has set a DSL connection on 04.02.2022 between 12:00 and 16:00 and the technician didn't show up. I've received like 100msgs that you should be present for the installation. The day was just plain wasted after waiting for 3 weeks for a DSL connection to be installed. I had to take a holiday to be there, the vodafone people told me if I am not there the next appointment will cost more 60Euros. Before that they promised to give me a gigacube until the connection is established. I don't have a clue what to do. At this point I don't want internet and want to cancel my contract. What is the way to do that?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
