Currently, I have Red Internet and Phone 100 DSL which will collect 39.99 from April 2022. This contract includes a Vodafone flat fee of 4.99 EUROs. I do not own a phone so I do not need a number.

How can I cancel the Flat fee and only keep Red Internet 100 DSL so that I pay only 34.99 EUROs from April 2022?

I contacted using Whatsapp to Vodafone and they sent me a new contract that says "Red Internet 100 DSL" but there is still Vodafone Flat included. How can I remove the Flat fee from the contract?

we have agreed on a term of 24 months for your current tariff.
