    <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to verify that I actually don't have any contract with you? I don't want any surprise in the future, like for example the first contract being active and get suddenly charged.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Not possible to start DSL contract</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On December I cancelled (by phone ) my cable contract because I moved to a different city. The cancellation worked. Then, I wanted a new DSL contract in my new apartment. After giving all data to the agent, he told me to wait for a confirmation email and a letter with connection details. After one month, I didn't receive a confirmation email, letter, or anything, I'm also not getting charge in my bank account (which is good at least).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So, I tried to do the contract once more, this time, online and now I received an email saying that I don't have the credit worthiness. My Schufa is positive, and I have paid all Vodafone bills (3 years).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So, what is the problem? Is the first DSL contract that wasn't confirmed the problem?&lt;/P&gt;
