Hi,

I am now using DSL internet service in Dusseldorf, but I will move abroad, so I would like to terminate the contract.

Please teach me which address should I sent the letter of termination with deregistration certificate?

Also to which address should I send back the DSL router?

I think I found a PDF form for cancellation request.

I fill and send it to the address which is written in this form.
