Termination of the old contract due to a new and fast connection

I have a Vodafone wifi contract for 2yrs 3 months with 16 Mbps speed. Now, I am to relocating to a new house in Jan 2021, where the house master provides me with the Vodafone contract with 50Mbps speed.

So, I want to terminate my old contract and switch to a new and much faster connection.

Please help me to terminate the same.

Hi Harshafoda,

if your contract is in an automatic prolongation, you can cancel it with a notice period of 1 month. Or do you want to move your contract to the new address? That's no problem. You can order the relocation via vodafone.de/meinvodafone and change the price plan when you move.

Yes, It's an automatic prolongation one and I would like to terminate it now.

Could you please help me to cancel the contract?

I have tried that earlier but couldn't succeed.

Then just click on the displayed message, which will lead you to the contact form. You can enter your details in it, then the cancellation will be transmitted.

Even I tried that times but failed.

I dunno what exactly is happening with that.

For the last 25 days I have been trying out but didn't see any forward step.

Please look into it.

Then write a letter (preferably by registered mail) to Vodafone GmbH - Customer Service - Postfach 10 10 64 - 40839 Ratingen. You can also cancel this way.
