      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently switched my internet plan and received a new modem from Vodafone but after connecting the cable, the modem is not getting signal and there is no internet connectivity.       <description>&lt;P&gt;You post here on the DSL board, i.e. internet over the telephone line. Your report sounds more like a cable router, because with a DSL router you would have to enter the MIC from the order confirmation so that it can log in.&lt;BR /&gt;What kind of technology is it with you - DSL over the telephone line or Internet over the TV cable?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
