Hi,

I had initiated a GigaCombi contract for the house after my first time move in to Germany since no internet connection was setup there. The appointment for connection setup was 3 weeks later. But within that time I had to move to another place so the connection could not be set up. My new place already has internet connection and I no longer wish to continue with the contract. However I have the Vodafone router but I want to cancel the contract and return the router. Please suggest what should be done in this regard.

That is bad. You are initially bound to the contract for 24 months and now you have to report a move. You can do that at http://vod.af/umzugemelden. If the connection can be made there, he will move with it. If it is not technically possible, the contract will be terminated with a period of 1 month from the notification of the move.
