Change Bandwidth plan

Hallo,

I've currently Vodafone DSL Classic Paket with 16Mbps bandwidth and I would like to change it to 100Mbps. I tried to do it online but couldn't succeed. Could anyone help in upgrading my plan? Thanks in advance.

Is the bandwidth you want available at all? Unfortunately, there are still a large number of connection areas that are connected by Telekom with a maximum of DSL16.

Thanks for your reply. I currently have the Red Internet DSL and that might not be availble for speeds greater than 16 Mbps in my area. I checked online that High speed kael internet is available in my area. Is it possible to change my contract from Red Internet DSL to High Speed Kabel Intenet?

If cable internet is available at your address, you can of course switch. The best way to do this is through customer service or wait for a mod to contact you.
It would also be important to know in which federal state you live.
