Vodafone DSL 50 Upgrade

Hello,

I want to upgrade my internet from "Red Internet & Phone DSL 50" to "DSL 250". When I do it through the main page (vodafone.de) I see that I get a FitzBox for free. When I try to upgrade through the MyVodafone, it tells me I MUST get a new modem which will cost me monthly. I've been a customer for years, is there no option for an upgrade with a free modem or any discounts? I might consider switching providers.

Hi steffyy,

For new customers, we are currently offering a free router in the first few months. If you change tariffs, the router is chargeable. Depending on what router you use, you don't necessarily have to order a new router. Which router do you have?
