I have permanently moved to India from Germany.

I requested to terminate the contract effective September 15, 2021. But in the Kundigung document I could see that the last day for the contract is updated as December 15, 2021.

Since I have already moved to India, can you please update the last date for the contract (contract termination date) to today's date (September 24, 2021) instead?

According to German law (§46 TKG), if you move abroad, you have a special right of termination with a notice period of 3 months. If the termination on 15.9. has been received, the end of the contract is December 15th. correct and cannot be changed either. The modem has to be returned within 14 days, otherwise you will be charged.

But in this case since I have already left the country, can't the termination date be updated to an earlier date?

I am already in India.

No, the notice period begins with the receipt of the notice, the mods cannot change anything.
