    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I received the modem yesterday and entered the MIC I got in the mail. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;But box is not activating and I have no internet. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Can I please get help. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I called yesterday and was told it will be activated by 9am today.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The MIC only works from the date the connection is switched on. Was the Telekom technician already on site to activate your connection?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
