English: problem with requesting new Installations code

I have DSL connection and am trying to request a new installation code because I reset my router due to internet problems and now it won't recognize the old MIC, The problem is that when I click on request installation code I get no options under Art des Installationscodes wählen, and therefore can not move on with my request. Can anyone help?

Hey Erin,

did you try to delete cookies/clear cache? Or a different Browser?
If this is not working - I can send you a new mic. But it may take a day or two till i get to your message.

Click on my name / avatar -> then the big red button on the right side "Diesem Benutzer eine Nachricht senden".

I need your customernumber, password & if possible mobilenumber so that i can sent the code via sms.
