    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since I have started my contract for house over two years ago, I have been charged for two DSL connections every month, instead of one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have gone to Vodafone shops and try to fix it, they told it will be done, but nothing happens for too long.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT face="verdana,geneva"&gt;You might not see any money, if you don`t insist.&amp;nbsp; Send them the old hardware that you have from them, receiver or fritzbox, whatever you have under leasing,&amp;nbsp; and make sure you terminate, in written, the old contract. Make sure, also, to you have a witness who sees what you send back. This is the issue when one has to make a contract on the phone, instead of having a written offer and chose after reading properly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
