I want to cancel my contract because I am moving abroad

Hi,

I want to cancel my contract because I am moving abroad, and MeinVodafone redirected me to the forum. There doesn't seem to be a way of doing it from there. I am currently living in Germany but I will soon be moving abroad permanently so I would like to cancel my DSL internet contract.

What steps would I need to take? Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi Asier,

you can send us your cancellation here: http://www.vod.af/DSLKuendigung

You can close the popup clicking "X".

Fill out the form and send the details like your name, address, date when you are leaving Germany etc.

you will then receive a confirmation via e-mail.
