      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've recently canceled my DSL contract as I've moved abroad. I canceled in-store Tuesday last week and was told they'd send the cancelation confirmation within a few days to my email address (I haven't got access to my mailbox anymore as I've moved). I still haven't received my cancelation confirmation so I can return the Easybox. How long does this usually take?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers&lt;/P&gt;</description>
