Dear Sir or Madam,
I have signed the contract for Young GigaZuhause 150 Kabel. I have received the router, however, the setup didn't work and I contacted the support in the WhatsApp bot. I was given an appointment for the 26.08 but I was told by my building management that the Hausmeister is only on site on Fridays. I tried to reach out to Netzkontor via email to reschedule, but they canceled my appointment and told me to call them. Unfortunately, my German is very basic, so I was unable to explain that I need an appointment to be on a Friday, otherwise I cannot ensure access to the necessary areas. Is there any way to schedule the installation appointment other than by phone? Thank you!
