Can you please guide me with the detailed procedure on how to initiate the contract terminate procedure of my internet connection. I am leaving germany permanently on 4th september 2026 and i have got my deregistration done today. I am trying to reach out to customer care but they are talking only in german. Please help and advice.

i have uploaded the deregistration certificate on the link you provided above. Tried again contacting over whatsapp, tobi has asked me a few things then it has transferred to the service team but no one is responding.
