Slow internet on kabel

I recently got a vodafone kabel Internet connection: 150 mbps

I cannot even open apps on it. Basic apps such as rossman or rewe do not open and no videos can be played.

I have tried contacting vodafone about 10 times, arranged a call back (no one called me back) and yet no response.

At this point i am not sure what to do. I have contacted via email, whatsapp, phone.

If this problem is not fixed within the next week i would like to opt out of this horrible internet service and choose a different provider.

You talk about apps, so it sounds like you are using WiFi. How is the speed via cable? No provider guarantees WiFi speed and quality, because too many things outside the control of the provider influence WiFi.
