      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got a Vodafone cable router last month. I made a mistake in my adress and forgot to add c/o, since my surname is not on the door. Due to this error i can't receive any mail with my activation number to add contract to my account, create PIN and pay bills. I have contacted your customer service but they refused to help me. Can you please help me with this issue? it's very urgent as i have no way to use my account and invoice.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your help,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Aleksandra&lt;/P&gt;</description>
