I am confused by Vodafone's cable internet upgrade offer

Hello,

I am a Vodafone Kabel 100 customer and just received a mail to upgrade to Kabel 500 with a similar price. However, in the last step of application, there is a detailed contract document and it shows that I'll pay 49,99 € for the first 4 months and then 54,98 € rest. Which info should I trust now? Can someone please shed some light on this? I do not pay fee for router with my current contract. And I am planning to cancel my contract with Vodafone if they will claim to charge me router fee.

Hello,

did you get the information, that you pay the similar price?

If not, there is a normal offer, where you get a faster connection with a higher fee. in the forst three month you will get an extra "goodie", after that the normal fee.

I saw the screenshots. But there is no similar price (49,99€ vs. 44,99€) or any special offer. Thats why i asked...

It is just a normal offer with a higher speed and a higher fee.

I am fine with 49,99 €. The problem is that the normal price is very hidden. I thought, it'll be 49,99 € for 24 months

Sorry, but we here can do nothing against a fee for the router.

Maybe do did not see (or translated) the full offer, If your new contract is in the first 14 days you have a right to withdraw.
