      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello team ,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have moved from munich to new city and asked Vodfone team to relocate my DSL connection to Ludwigshafen city in germany .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have moved to new city on august 2st 2025 , till date its more than 1 month not reecived DSL box in new home&amp;nbsp;Ludwigshafen.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;vodafone charged me for month of august for 2 connections 1 for munich and one for new city but why ? i have not received DSL box in new home . i am contioulsy calling customer care not good response atall.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I never seen such a horrible service .you are charging taking money every month for 2 connections which is totally wrong for what reason you are doing this ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i want you to resolve this issue asap , refund my money which you wrongly generated bill&amp;nbsp; .i dont have DSL box yet in my home and you are generating bill for what reason ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please contact me to resolve this issue .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i need my refund of money you did totally wrong .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
