      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;on 1st of August the customer service called me, and I agreed to extend my current contract. Then he said they will send a new router to me. However, the delivery address in the system is wrong, so I rejected the package.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then on 5th of August my partner called them again and asked them to update the delivery address and re-send the router again. But we haven't received any new package number so far. Instead, Vodafone asked me to return the device within 14 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could someone know how to deal with this case? Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
