      <title>Bad internet on maintenance day</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Community,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have no internet since 9 in the morning. I received earlier that there will be maintenance today from 9am to&amp;nbsp; 5pm. since 9 in the morning, I still have no internet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I opened two tickets and their status are just in progress and no update. Also, I tried with my elementary German language to speak to customer service but i did not understand the problem or when it will be solved.&amp;nbsp; it is now almost 12 hours with no internet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One of the tickets is&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;009-1344866/25&lt;BR /&gt;I want to know what is the problem and when it be solved, or English speaking hotline to talk to ?&lt;BR /&gt;thanks anyone how would help&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
