Hello Vodafone,

From next month i am moving to the new shared appartment in the same city where they hava a vodafone internet connection. I want to terminate it how it could be possible?

In your situation you don‘t have the right for an early termination if you are still in the minimum term of 24 months, you have to report a move and your contract moves with you. In that case you can contact support and VF might terminate the cheaper contract as a gesture of good will. If you are out of the minimum term you can just scroll down here on this website and you will find the link „Vertrag kündigen“ with a 1 months notice. For support in English use WhatsApp, from the bot there you repeatedly request a Kundenberater until you get forwarded to a human agent. Responses then can take sometime, it is no live chat and requests are worked on in chronological order.

As I wrote this can be done as a gesture of good will - there is no right for having that done.
