I initially contacted technical support about a month ago, and the person I spoke with spoke English, so communication was smooth.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;However, since then, I've tried calling several times, and none of the support persons I've reached speak English, making it difficult to explain the issue.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;To summarize the situation:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I signed up for internet service, but it has never worked. When the technician visited my apartment, he detected a download signal but no upload signal. He informed me that he would send a letter with a form, requesting approval from my landlord to perform the necessary work to fix the issue.
