I am Student in Germany and currently living privately and having vodafone kabel contract. Now i am going to move in the next month to student dormitory and can provide you my new address also where i cannot installed my vodafone kabel connection because where they already have DSL internet provider and i am not allowed to have my personal connection. In that case i want to cancel my early termination of my contract could you please anyone tell me how it could be proceeds?

You will have to report a move and hand in the necessary paperwork to provide proof that you actually moved.

Vodafone will then check if they can provide you at the new address -- an already existing internet contract is no valid reason for a premature cancellation. In the case that your room has an antenna outlet, it is most likely that Vodafone will be able to provide the contractually agreed service and you will have to pay for the contract until its minimum term is over, no matter what your rental contract tells you.
