      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry for writing it in English.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have to report my bad experience with Vodafone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been a customer for the last 8 years and we want to move to a new address.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no option for this address to provide a Cable connection as my existing contract.&lt;BR /&gt;The other option is to cancel the contract. For this, I have made 10+ calls to customer care, but no one was able to help me on this.&lt;BR /&gt;This is frustrating. why does Vodafone want to do in this way? As I understand, my contract has a provision to cancel it immeditely.&lt;BR /&gt;I am posting it here because I see this community as last hope for my issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
