I don't know my customer number for Cable Internet contract

Hey,

I didn't receive any confirmation from vodafone regarding my customer number, also I don't receive the bills monthly.

How should I know my customer number ? I used the number mentioned in the bank statement, it's always wrong

If you can't find out your exact customer number, just write to the service department: Dein Kontakt zu Vodafone
They can give you the customer number.

Hello, I already got my exact customer number, I want to request a copy of my contract. I lost the original copy of the contract.

Also I asked online for activation code, they said they will send it in 5 days. I didn't receive it yet.
