&lt;P&gt;Correct, TOBi only speaks German. But you can get through there with a translator. The colleagues will then take over, also in English.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I moved into a new apartment in the same city the 24th of January. I ordered the move online but still did not receive any feedback from vodafone or any new offer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you help with the following questions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Should I have received any confirmation email when ordering the move online? I did not receive anything&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- If not, how many week should I wait to receive the confirmation?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After 5 weeks, 2 online moving requests, 2 chat moving requests, Vodafone tells me I can t use my kabel contract in the new apartment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why does it take so long for this confirmation? Basically I paid my internet connection without receiving any service at all. And since the cancellation of the contract requires one month, I will have to pay another month of No service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am very upset about the situation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you know how can raise a complaint?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
