      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Hope it is ok to ask question in English.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I had applied a new contract and received a activation letter on 27-12-2024.&amp;nbsp; I was waiting for my modem and technician appointment as a next step. I have not received any further communication after activation letter.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I tried to add my contract in customer portal using activation code but system is giving me an error.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, I tried to reach customer care under 08001721212 but no one wants to speak in English.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you anyone help me here with my contract.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Usually no technician appointment is needed - the procedure is plug&amp;amp;play. Did you actually sign a contract with modem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For support in English use WhatsApp, from the bot there you repeatedly request a Kundenberater.
