Internet cost increases

Hi all,

Could anyone please help me by answering why the cost for Internet may be increasing?

It was around 12 EUR now it increased to 42 EUR. Any ideas why? It was not a monthly base price stated in the agreement.

I have GigaZuhause 50 cable. I don't use any additional options, including telephone or TV.

I've read the bill. Nothing has changed (no additional positions) except more charge for Internet package 😕

Hi @Magmagda

It looks like your contract will be cheaper for the first few months. Take another look at the invoices or the order confirmation. This is noted there.
