      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good evening,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am looking for some help since I have just switched my current contract to a new one and I'm moving next month so I've requested to take my contract to my new apartment, I have already asked for both changes on my account and I have received a confirmation. However, as I am new to this, I wondered if anyone could let me know the next steps.
