      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently moved abroad and have returned my router by mail. I received a notification confirming that the router has been delivered to vodafone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Additionally, I have submitted all necessary documents regarding my move abroad and outside the EU, including my &lt;STRONG&gt;Abmeldung&lt;/STRONG&gt;, my &lt;STRONG&gt;new registration certificate&lt;/STRONG&gt; from my new place of residence abroad, and even my plane ticket as proof.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In my online account, I can see that the service is marked as canceled. However, I received a response from your support team stating that payments will continue until 2026. Since I have provided all the required documents proving my relocation outside the EU, I kindly request clarification on why the charges will continue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please review my case again and confirm the official termination of my contract?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
