    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to transfer my 1000GB cable contract from Berlin to Nuremberg for over a week now, with no success.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called Vodafone and opened a request to move my contract, my new address is also compatible, so there is no problem with that. But a few days ago I received an email telling me that I had to get a new customer number and a new contract with the same terms as the old one. So far, everything is fine, because I want to keep my old contract, as I don't want the 24 minimum terms again (I have been a customer for over 2 years).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have waited a few days and my internet is still not working. I have called 3 different people and no one has been able to solve my problem. Now, I receive a new contract by email to "accept" with a lower price, but with the unwanted 24 minimum terms.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My only wish is to have my internet with my old contract at my new address. I don't want to become a new customer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you help me?
