    <description>&lt;P&gt;hello,&lt;BR /&gt;I have a problem with downgrading GigaZuhause 1000&lt;BR /&gt;tariff to 100. I have switched from DLS to Kabel. I was told that before 9th moth I'll be able to change my tariff. Unfortunately in a every vodafone store aswell as when I call the Hotilne there's always an error with on my vodafone service page. I'm stuck now as no one can't fix this. Could please let me know how should I contact with to help with this&amp;nbsp;issue??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

However, please remember to state your new cable customer number and not the DSL customer number.&lt;/P&gt;
