Please assist as english was not supported on the phone line.

I want to extraordinariliy cancel my contract (customer number 333xxxxxx) because I'm moving into an apartment with an already existing Internet contract.

if you move, your contract moves with you! The only reason for an extraordinary cancellation ist, if your contract is not possible (technical reasons).

Vodafone could not supply Internet at my new address so there is a special right to cancel the contract within 30 days. This was the solution.
