Surrendering Vodafone Broadband Connection due to moved to India

Hello,

I will be moving back to India to cancel a work contract by my company, hence I would like to surrender my Vodafone connection.
I have been a Vodafone customer since Nov 2022. My customer number is XXX.

Also I will vacate from my current residence on 18 Dec 2018 and move to India. I would like to terminate the contract with Vodafone.

Please help regarding my request and do the necessary.
