Need Help: Appointment with a technician

Hello,

I just moved into my new apartment in Vallendar. And I found out that the cable socket doesn't fit the adapter. The landlord tells me I need to make an appointment with a technician to solve the problem; However, my German is not good, and I cannot book an appointment via phone. Could someone help me with it?

It’s best to contact our customer service via WhatsApp. TOBi will first ask a few questions in German (you can translate these using a translator), and then our colleagues will take over in English.
