    <description>&lt;P class="lia-align-left"&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000000"&gt;Hello, I need information about my account.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="lia-align-left"&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000000"&gt;To be more explicit: 60 euro credit appears in my online account.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="lia-align-left"&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000000"&gt;They were 70 at the beginning, they dropped to 50, then to 30 and now they have risen to 60 euro.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="lia-align-left"&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000000"&gt;I don't know what an internet bill looks like, I don't receive it either in the mail, by mail, or in my online Vodafone account.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="lia-align-left"&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000000"&gt;I have the Vodafone IBAN from the "contract" where I transfer the amount of 19.99 euros month by month&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="lia-align-left"&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000000"&gt;I don't know if I have anything to pay, if I paid too much, if I shouldn't have to pay anything.... I don't know anything about my account, I tried to do everything online, send tickets or leave a mail but without any answer!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="lia-align-left"&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000000"&gt;When I call vodafone, after waiting to get in touch with a "consultant" the call hangs up, I called from several phone numbers and even from several neighbors&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="lia-align-left"&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000000"&gt;Do you think you can help me please with an answer here or on my email?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
