I am receiving notifications about order being confirmed as well as DHL router tracking (which I refused the package virtually). I can not access any orders online as I did not receive any confirmation code nor anything. I am lost to what to do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I made an order for a GigaZuHaus 100 Kabel through phone on 02.11.2024 and sending this message on the same day. And I would like to cancel that order as it does not fulfill my needs anymore (wrong start date and I wanted DSL not cable). I would be happy to provide the necessary information on a private message as I have 14 days to cancel any order. I assume the errors were made due to miscommunication as I do not speak German.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>
