Termination of cable Contract due to leaving Germany permanently

I would like to terminate cancel the Cable contract Contract ID 484262304 as I am leaving Germany permanently. I am not able to identify the email ID where I should send the email request of contract termination. I have done the city center deregistration.

Please assist to raise the request or support to cancel the contract.
