Bill is not deducting

Hello All,

I got the connection (kabel net) in Germany at the end of June, so I saw a credit of 97.68 euros for my first invoice. I had already gave the consent of SEPA & my bank details to vodafone during signing the contract. Till now as I have been recieving all my bills with normal rate of 19,99 euros without any dedcution of money from my bank account. I have checked my bills it showing that i have a credit and all the money is going from this. Once i discuss it with my friend he told me that they have given you the credit amount so relax. My question is to confirm that is it realy that i have recieved a credit and afterward i will be charged when the credit goes over.
